To Wear:

• Hold waistband and roll down to crotch gusset
• Insert your legs and slowly roll leggings up thighs and roll waistband to your hips
• Insert your hand and lift buttock to desired position
• Adjust slim 'n' lift from below the bust line to above the knee line
• Attach support straps and adjust the length appropriately
• Tuck the triangular flaps into the pockets when not using the straps.  If you find the garment a little tight, simply lay it flat, insert both hands and pull apart. Repeat this several times and the fabric will relax to give you a more comfortable feel.
